Nixon Lee has more than 30 years of international marketing experience in technology, finance, and real estate. He also has rich experience as a real estate investor in flipping houses in Bay Area, California, USA. Since 2012, he has established two property investment consulting services companies, covering projects such as Hong Kong shops, residences, industrial building subdivisions, and foreclosure residential reconstruction in the USA. Nixon is one of the founders of Lofter Group, one of the most successful companies in Hong Kong engaged in industrial building subdivisions and has been active in property investment in Cambodia since 2017.

With over 20 years of experience in the Mainland China real estate market planning, I seized the opportunity brought by the Belt and Road policy in the ASEAN countries, especially Cambodia as China's closest ally, attracting global capital influx and becoming a global investment hotspot, doubling its economy. Many senior investors believe that this is the Pudong area of Shanghai in the 90s and the Futian area of Shenzhen. In 2016, I fully committed myself to the Cambodian real estate market and brought its real estate into Hong Kong market. Subsequently, I gained favor from Hong Kong's architectural & investment circles and co-developed the Soleil 88 project.

Yung Chung Kwong, a practicing architect, is the co-founder of cocoon architecture ltd.. He was named one of the 40 outstanding design professionals under the age of 40 by Perspective Journal in 2015. The coworking project “theDesk” received the Japan “Good Design Award” in 2019 and Wu Ho Man Yuen Building in the Chinese University of Hong Kong” won the HKIA Annual Award. Yung is also the winner of Public Toilet Design Competition (2021) and Hong Kong Science Museum and Hong Kong Museum of History Façade Design Competition (2021).
Yung is the curator and exhibitor of the world renowned International Architectural Exhibition- La Biennale di Venezia in 2016. Yung taught in the University of Hong Kong, City University of Hong Kong, HKUSPACE.

Dr. Kenny Ma has more than 20 years of construction and management experience in construction projects. His company is a Registered General Building Contractor (RGBC) of the Buildings Department of Hong Kong, and he himself is the Authorized Signatory (AS) and a green building professional (BEAM Pro - BEAM Professional). He familiarizes well with the procedures and regulations of construction development projects. From few years ago, he started to develop construction project development market in Mainland China and Southeast Asia countries.

He has over ten years of experience building information management (BIM) applications. He actively participates in large infrastructure projects, including the Central and Wan Chai Bypass Road projects and the extension of the Ma On Shan Line of the MTR. He is knowledgeable in construction and infrastructure and is passionate about using technology to improve efficiency in the building industry. He has provided BIM consulting services to Sun Hung Kai Properties, Heng Long Properties, Wheelock Properties, and Swire Properties.

He is the founding member of the Hong Kong Microdental Center, the 7th Hong Kong Outstanding Young Leader, and the 2014 Urban Daily Social Contribution Award winner. He expanded the center to six dental clinics in 2013 and completed a merger with other medical groups in 2014 before being listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange in March 2016. He has a wealth of financing experience and has invested in the residential and commercial property markets in Southeast Asia since 2013, as well as in residential and commercial property investment projects in Hong Kong and the UK. He is also a co-founder of the Wealth Academy and has successfully listed companies in Hong Kong. As a director and executive director of the listed company for the second time, he is also well-known as a Patreon columnist and AA Stock guest speaker.
